MD POX is a highly reactive two-component epoxy adhesive for bonding metal, ceramic, glass, stone, wood, hard plastics. It is suitable for many on-the-spot repairs with high quality and little effort. Easy handling thanks to the automatically regulated two-injection system. MD POX remains stiff-flexible and can therefore guarantee permanent rigidity in case of impacts or vibration. Temperature resistance: -40 °C to +80 °C. Application temperature: +10 °C to +30 °C. Final hardening: 24 hours. Pot life: approx. 5 minutes. Do not work at outdoor temperatures below 5 °C. Instructions for use: The surfaces to be glued are to be thoroughly cleaned with a good degreaser. Excellent results are obtained if the surface is first mechanically roughened. Remove cap by twisting, place mixing nozzle on and tighten. Press material out and dispose of the first 2 g as it has yet not been mixed 1:1. The setting time is shortened with high temperatures. Place work pieces together and fix. Remove and dispose of mixing nozzle. Replace cap. Store opened cartridge in a cool place and use up as quickly as possible.
